Bernedoodles bring together the loving nature of a Bernese Mountain Dog and the intelligence and low-shedding coat of a Poodle. Bernedoodles make wonderful family pets as they are good-natured and devoted to their people. They are highly sociable and loyal animals that are sure to be a valued and important member of any household.
Bernedoodles are generally considered to be hypoallergenic because they are a hybrid of a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. Poodles have hair, not fur, so they are less likely to cause an allergic reaction since the hair sheds less than a dog with fur. However, it's important to note that no breed of dog can be considered truly hypoallergenic. It all comes down to the individual dog, as some might still cause an allergic reaction depending on the allergens they bring in from outdoor activities.
