Typically, you'll find this hybrid dog with a wavy, low-shedding coat that ranges in texture from soft to firm depending on the texture of the parent's coat. They can come in a variety of colours, from black to apricot, with white markings, and the Bernedoodle's coat can remain corded and curly.
Bernedoodles can benefit from a diet that is formulated specifically for their size and activity level. Choose a premium-quality food, ideally one that is labeled as "complete and balanced," or is AAFCO-approved. An adult Bernedoodle should be fed two meals a day, while younger ones need three meals. Be sure to check the calorie content of the food and feed the right amount based on their individual needs.

During each training session, give your Bernedoodle rewards every time it meets your expectations. Positive reinforcement will help create a strong bond with your pup and will help build trust. Take advantage of your dog's energy level and reward them with treats or toys when they practice a new skill.
