Bernedoodles are a mix between Bernese Mountain Dogs and Poodles, and they are some of the best family dogs around! Bernedoodles are incredibly intelligent, affectionate, loyal, and social. They get along great with humans and other animals, and typically have a lower energy level than most other hybrid dogs. In addition, Bernedoodles have low to non-shedding coats, making them a great pet for allergy sufferers. Fun fact They come in a variety of colors including black, brown, and white and some even have a tri-color coat!
Bernedoodles are a popular designer breed that is the result of cross-breeding a Bernese Mountain Dog with a Poodle. As a result, Bernedoodles can inherit their coat characteristics from either of their parent breeds. Bernedoodles are known for their low-shedding coats that can be anything from curly to straight. While they are not considered hypoallergenic, they tend to have coats that don't shed very much, making them easier on those with allergies.
Bernedoodles, being a cross-breed between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle, require a nutritious diet that has the right combination of protein, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. They thrive on food that is high in quality, and while kibble can be fed to Bernedoodles, they also love homemade meals, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Generally, the minimum amount of exercise for a Bernedoodle is at least 30 minutes of moderate activity per day. This can be split up into multiple walks of 15 to 20 minutes each. If your Bernedoodle is young and energetic, it will typically require more exercise, such as an hour of activity per day. Be sure to keep an eye on your Bernedoodle's energy level and adjust the exercise accordingly.
