They tend to be a bit on the larger side, usually weighing between 25 and 50 pounds, and because of this, they need plenty of outdoor activities. Bernedoodles require consistent exercise and mental stimulation, as well.
Bernedoodles are not considered to be a hypoallergenic breed as some may think. While their coats are low shedding and may not trigger an allergy response for some people, there is still no guarantee that a Bernedoodle's coat will not cause an allergic reaction.
