F1b Cavapoos are 3/4 Poodle and 1/4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, while F2 Cavapoos are a mix of two F1 Cavapoos. Depending on the parents, F1b Cavapoos may tend to look and/or act more like a Poodle or Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, while F2 Cavapoos tend to be a combination of both. F2b Cavapoos are bred from F1b Cavapoos, so therefore are 75% Poodle and 25% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
