A Havanese is a small breed of dog that originated on the Caribbean island of Cuba. They are a toy breed that is often referred to as a “Little White Dog” due to their white coats. Havanese are known for their loyalty, intelligence, and are often used in service related roles such as therapy and emotional support animals. They have a bouncy, happy personality and generally get along well with other pets and children.
Havaneses are not generally considered to be hypoallergenic, as all dog breeds can cause some degree of an allergic reaction.
