Havaneses are an incredibly intelligent, loyal, and loving breed of dog. They are highly trainable due to their intelligence and are often referred to as the clowns of the canine world because of their curious, happy-go-lucky attitude. While considered small dogs, they can be quite active and energetic, and require a daily walks, exercise, and playtime to keep them healthy and mentally stimulated. The Havanese breed has a thick, long, and silky-smooth single coat that can be wavy or curly.
