Maltipoos are a hybrid breed that results from crossing a Maltese and a Poodle! This little pup is known to be intelligent, fun-loving, and easy to train. Maltipoos are also very social and friendly, making them great family pets. Their coat can range from wavy to wiry or curly and they require frequent grooming and frequent brushing to keep it healthy and tangle-free. The colors range anywhere from white to apricot to beige and they can be bi-coloured as well.
The Maltipoo coat is usually soft and somewhat curly, often with a longer, shaggier coat, though it can vary depending on the gene traits inherited from the parent breeds. This unique coat may be slightly wavy, silky, and smooth, and is considered very low-maintenance as it does not require much or any brushing. Its colors typically vary from white, cream, beige, tan, black and even apricot. The Maltipoo is also known to produce minimal shedding making them an ideal breed for those with pet allergies.
