Though each Maltipoo is unique, as a breed they are typically energetic, friendly, and highly intelligent. Maltipoos can be considered non-shedding, however, no breed of dog is completely non-shedding. The Maltipoo is a cross between a Poodle and a Maltese and usually has a coat more similar to the Poodle, which is known for being low-shedding. However, since the Maltese is a longer-haired breed, there may still be some shedding.
