They are considered to be one of the most trainable designer breeds, and typically have a very friendly and affectionate personality. Pomskies have long, double coats which can range from black and white to tan and gray and can even have merle and sable fur patterns. They are both energetic and independent, and their preferred activity is to explore outside.
Yes, Pomskies are generally considered to be hypoallergenic. This is due to their coat, which is made up of two different layers a short, thick undercoat and a longer, fluffier outer coat. Both are non-shedding and do not typically cause allergies. Even though Pomskies don't usually create allergies, it's still possible for someone to be allergic to their coat or the compounds and oils their skin secretes.
