Poodles are a highly intelligent and adaptable breed of dog. They come in three distinct sizes: Standard, Miniature, and Toy, each of which have their own unique characteristics. Poodles have earned a reputation as great family pets, as they are friendly and good-natured, as well as highly trainable and obedient. Their thick, curly coat also makes them excellent swimmers, while their webbed feet help them navigate through the water.
Poodles are technically non-shedding, however, their coat does require regular clipping and brushing to prevent hair from being left around the home.
